The renovation process begins with a thorough review of the property including detailed takeoffs as well as meeting with the property owners and or representatives. At the end of this process an itemized bid is compiled. We then assign an on-site Project Manager that will manage your project from start to finish. Next, we find the most effective way to meet these criteria while striving to keep costs low, quality high and stay on schedule. We develop a detailed plan for the project that includes alternative solutions should we encounter any setbacks, delays or changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Throughout the project we consistently monitor progress in order to meet the objectives that were established with the client during the planning process. Daily meetings are conducted with our subcontractors and weekly scheduling updates with the staff and ownership. The success of a job depends on having the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers on board and Coastal Green Construction maintains a network of professional construction-related resources that include field supervisors and craftsmen.
